This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms under which you, the User, voluntarily provide information to The Nex Face ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") and consent to the use of that information in accordance with our policies.

1. Voluntary Information Submission
By accessing and using our services, you agree to voluntarily submit information to the Company, including personal data such as contact information, images, videos, or other relevant details. You acknowledge that all information provided by you is accurate, and you are solely responsible for its truthfulness.

You hereby grant the Company the right to use, edit, and distribute your information across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and broadcast, as part of our promotional campaigns.

3. User Responsibility
You confirm that all information you provide is submitted with full consent and awareness of its potential uses. You agree not to submit any information that you do not have the right to provide or that is inaccurate.

We take your privacy seriously and will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will be protected under the legal frameworks governing the Company's operations. We will not sell or misuse your information without your consent, but it will be used in compliance with promotional needs and relevant agreements.

5. Amendments to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to Users, and your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from the use of your information will be resolved under these laws.

If you do not agree with the terms of this User Agreement, you should not use the services provided by The Nex Face.
