These Audition and Selection Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the process of auditions and the selection of participants for The Nex Face reality show ("Show"), organized by The Nex Face ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By participating in the auditions, you ("Participant") agree to the following Terms:

1. Audition Process
The Company reserves the right to set and change the criteria for auditions and selection at any stage of the process.

Participants are required to follow all instructions provided by the Company during the audition process.
The submission of false or misleading information by the Participant will lead to immediate disqualification.

2. Selection Criteria
The Company has full discretion to select or reject any Participant based on its pre-defined criteria, which may include but are not limited to talent, performance, creativity, personality, and compatibility with the Show.

The decision made by the Company or its authorized panel will be considered final and binding. No correspondence, appeal, or dispute will be entertained regarding the selection process.

3. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to improve the quality and execution of the Show. Such changes will be communicated to the Participants through the Company’s website or other official channels.

Participants agree to abide by any revised Terms as published.

4. Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of or related to the audition, selection process, or participation in the Show will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mumbai Judiciary, Maharashtra, India.

By participating in the audition process, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and you accept that all decisions made by the Company regarding selection or rejection are final and cannot be contested.
